Homiya(이하 "앱")는 사용자의 개인정보를 소중하게 생각하며, '개인정보 보호법' 등 관련 법령을 준수하고 있습니다.

• 필수 항목: 이메일 주소, 이름, 프로필 사진 (소셜 로그인 시), UID
• 서비스 이용 중 생성 데이터: 홈 정보(이름, 주소, 이미지), 유지보수 기록(내용, 비용, 사진, 날짜), AI 채팅 대화 내역, 기기 정보(OS 버전, 모델명)
• 결제 정보: 구독 상태 및 영수증 식별자 (실제 카드 정보는 앱에서 수집하지 않으며 스토어에서 관리함)

2. 개인정보의 수집 및 이용 목적

• 계정 관리: 사용자 식별, 가입 및 탈퇴 처리, 부정 이용 방지
• 서비스 제공: 홈 유지보수 기록 보존 및 동기화, 맞춤형 알림 서비스 제공
• AI 기능 제공: 유지보수 리포트 생성 및 사용자 질문에 대한 AI 응답 제공
• 결제 관리: 프리미엄 멤버십 구독 확인 및 혜택 제공 (RevenueCat 연동)

3. 개인정보의 제3자 제공 및 위탁

앱은 원활한 서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같은 외부 서비스에 데이터를 위탁합니다.

• Firebase (Google): 데이터 저장(Firestore), 파일 저장(Storage), 사용자 인증 및 앱 분석
• RevenueCat: 인앱 결제 상태 확인 및 구독 관리

4. 개인정보의 보유 및 파기

• 사용자의 개인정보는 서비스 이용 기간 동안 보유하며, 계정 탈퇴 시 지체 없이 파기합니다.
• 다만, 프리미엄 유저의 데이터 보존 가치를 위해 사용자가 직접 삭제하지 않은 데이터는 탈퇴 전까지 안전하게 보관됩니다.

5. 사용자의 권리와 행사 방법 (계정 삭제 포함)

• 사용자는 언제든지 앱 내 '설정 > 프로필 > 계정 삭제' 메뉴를 통해 본인의 데이터를 삭제하고 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.
• 데이터 내보내기 기능을 통해 본인의 데이터를 보관할 권리가 있습니다.
