본 약관은 Homiya(이하 "앱")가 제공하는 서비스의 이용 조건 및 절차에 관한 사항을 규정합니다.
1. 서비스의 목적
Homiya는 인공지능(AI)을 활용하여 사용자의 주택 유지보수 기록을 관리하고, 정비 일정을 추천하며, 관련 정보를 조직화하는 도구입니다.
중요: 본 앱은 전문적인 건축 상담가, 엔지니어 또는 금융 전문가가 아닙니다. 앱에서 제공하는 정보는 참고용이며, 실제 수리나 시공 시에는 반드시 자격증이 있는 전문가와 상의해야 합니다.
2. AI 기능 및 책임 제한
- 앱은 Google Gemini 등 AI 모델을 사용하여 콘텐츠를 생성합니다. AI의 특성상 부정확하거나 잘못된 정보를 제공할 수 있습니다.
- 사용자는 AI가 제안한 내용을 독립적으로 검토해야 하며, 이를 실행함에 있어 발생하는 모든 신체적 부상, 재산 피해에 대한 책임은 사용자 본인에게 있습니다.
- 직접 수행하기 위험한 작업(지붕 작업, 전기 배선 등)은 반드시 전문가에게 의뢰하십시오.
3. 유료 서비스 및 구독 (Premium)
- 앱은 '프리미엄' 구독 서비스를 제공합니다. 결제는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play Store를 통해 처리됩니다.
- 구독 취소 및 환불은 각 스토어의 정책을 따르며, 앱 내 '구독 관리' 메뉴를 통해 설정할 수 있습니다.
4. 계정 및 데이터 보존
- 사용자는 본인의 계정 정보를 안전하게 관리할 책임이 있습니다.
- 서비스 종료 시, 앱은 사전 공지를 통해 사용자가 데이터를 내보낼 수 있는 합리적인 기간을 제공합니다.
5. 준거법 및 관할
본 약관은 대한민국 법령(또는 서비스 제공 지역 법령)에 따라 해석됩니다.

CRITICAL: The App's suggestions do not constitute professional advice. Always consult with licensed professionals for home repairs.
2. AI Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- The App utilizes AI to generate content. This content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You must independently verify all information.
- Homiya shall not be liable for any personal injury, death, or property damage resulting from DIY tasks performed based on App suggestions.
- DO NOT attempt dangerous tasks yourself. Hire a licensed professional.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
- Premium features are available via subscription. Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by the respective store policies.
4. Termination & Data Rights
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- In the event of service discontinuation, we will provide notice and a means for users to export their data.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
